This is an electronic point of service document to capture meals served during the Summer Food Service Program. It will generate and email the user a paper meal count form that is identical to the meal count form used in the USDA Summer Food Service Program. The app can be used as part of a larger site management system.

This app was developed for CitySquare which is a Texas based social justice nonprofit. The mission of CitySquare is to fight the root causes of poverty through service, advocacy and friendship.
